Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees for conferences, CMEs, workshops, and membership are set for each programme. Refund and cancellation rules may vary by event and are stated on the relevant brochure, registration page, or circular.

Where an event is postponed or cancelled by IADVL Karnataka, registered participants will be informed of transfer or refund options for that event.
Participant-initiated cancellations are handled as per the published terms for that programme (deadlines and admin charges may apply).
Membership dues and category changes follow IADVL / IADVL Karnataka membership rules in force at the time of payment.
